The actual Rocky Linux has the same problems with the Exim 4.99 buildchange, than Fedora had. Yes, Fedoras builds are fixed. The issue with Rocky is, i can’t give you the exact path you have to look for the mysql/postgre lookup libraries. But, you can use the same workaround for this issue as we did in Fedora.
